Ol\u00e1 pessoal,<\/p>\n

Este cap\u00edtulo<\/a> foi publicado no livro “Plataforma com acervo progressivo de produtos educacionais tecnol\u00f3gicos<\/strong><\/a>“, que aborda o papel das novas tecnologias da informa\u00e7\u00e3o e da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o em processos educacionais na forma de um acervo progressivo de produtos educacionais e tecnol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n

Resumo do cap\u00edtulo:<\/strong> As estat\u00edsticas de g\u00eanero mostram diferen\u00e7as significativas na quantidade de mulheres e de homens que concluem cursos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o. Segundo o \u00faltimo censo do IBGE, considerando a popula\u00e7\u00e3o feminina entre 25 e 44 anos, 21,5% das mulheres conclu\u00edram o ensino superior. Em contrapartida, o percentual de concludentes entre a popula\u00e7\u00e3o masculina dentro da mesma faixa et\u00e1ria foi de 15,6%. A propor\u00e7\u00e3o de mulheres e homens nas estat\u00edsticas de ingressos, matr\u00edculas e concluintes nos cursos superiores, acompanha essa tend\u00eancia, onde em todos os itens mencionados as mulheres est\u00e3o em maior n\u00famero: 55,2% dos ingressos, 57% das matr\u00edculas e 61,1% dos concluintes. No entanto, apesar destes resultados, tanto no Brasil como no mundo, o p\u00fablico feminino \u00e9 minoria nos cursos superiores em Ci\u00eancias, Tecnologia, Engenharia e Matem\u00e1ticas ou cursos STEM (do ingl\u00eas Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), que englobam tamb\u00e9m as Tecnologias da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o (TIC). Devido a isso, nesse cap\u00edtulo apresentamos o Projeto LUA, uma ferramenta de incentivo \u00e0
\nperman\u00eancia e \u00eaxito do p\u00fablico discente feminino do curso de Bacharelado em Ci\u00eancia da Computa\u00e7\u00e3o do Instituto Federal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Ci\u00eancia e Tecnologia do Cear\u00e1, campus Tiangu\u00e1.<\/p>\n
